4. Listing Submissions
By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner or authorized representative of the studio being listed.

5. Pricing Plans and Payments
BerthaKnows offers free and paid listing plans. Paid plans are billed annually and processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
- Downgrading or canceling a plan may result in the removal of features associated with higher-tier plans.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
- Use the Site to spam, harass, or deceive other users.
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
